We were honoured to welcome back our former Principal Jim O' Sulllivan and his wife Deirdre who are participating in the The 40 Day Health Challenge. Our home economics department have been following the many nutritional meals available with the 40 day health challenge at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Today Jim and Deirdre joined some of our TY home economics students to cook today's dish, a chicken, broccoli and cheese pasta bake. The students were delighted to catch up with Mr.O' Sullivan and show their excellent culinary skills. Great fun was had by all. Thanks to Ms.O' Neill for facilitating and well done to the students who were excellent ambassadors for the school! Wishing Jim and Deirdre continued success with the remaining days of the challenge.
